By the time we reached the parking lot, it was nearly 4 PM on a very warm spring afternoon. We headed over to the world-famous Timberline Lodge for a light dinner before the long drive home. As we left the parking lot, I stopped the car and took this final shot of the early evening light on Mount Hood.
