Multiple Exposure Serac Climbing
On Sunday morning we set up several top-ropes along a row of steep seracs to permit some more serious vertical ice climbing. This view looks along the top of the seracs, where we set up and maintained the multiple, equalized ice-screw anchors for each top-rope. In order to practice setting up such anchors and belaying on ice, another area was set up nearby and groups of us rotated over to there in between periods of serac climbing.
