At day's end we packed up and set off down the Nisqually the way we had come. We skied down unroped once away from the major crevasses, then traversed back up to Glacier Vista and continued down to Paradise. From Glacier Vista, Mount Adams is visible beyond the nearby peaks of the Tatoosh Range.
