The next morning we left camp at 6 AM, skied up the basin and onto the Easton Glacier near 7000 ft. We roped up at this point, since there were numerous crevasses visible up ahead. Here I'm skiing up in the morning sun past a large group of seracs, which are ice towers formed where multiple crevasses intersect.
